Tashi Delek. We are going to begin with a golden white light coming in through the crown chakra. Pull this information in as a light source is really intelligence or information. Pull that energy down straight through the crown and let it cleanse the body. We are using that golden white light as a cleansing. It is also going to be somewhat invigorating or stimulating to the cellular consciousness. This is a particularly important exercise now because we have solar flares and disruptions that are causing, what I might call, a wobbling or a destabilizing effect in, really, in your solar system and a bit rippling beyond that, but particularly strong in your solar system right now, is that lack of stability. So we want more than ever to bring that Christed Source light, golden white color. White is a local Christed energy and Gold is a Cosmic Christed energy. Let it sort of cascade down through the body; or maybe one solid flow of energy coming down through the consciousness, calming, centering, stabilizing, and reminding you that you are connected to the Source of Creation and are in fact, Eternal. All of Creation goes on for ever and ever and as Eternal Creation, you are solid, secure, and stable in your own consciousness, no matter what appears to be going on around you. So let’s get to the cellular level next and ask the cells in the body to reverberate that beautiful golden white light. It is almost like the cells talking to each other. “Ping, here is some golden white light.” And that cell says “Oh thank you and PingPing Ping Ping Ping, so that your body appears to be this network constantly moving, pinging, golden white light. In addition to that sort of sheet or solid light coming down from above which has a calming effect, you have all this activity and communication going on. W ithin this sense of stable Eternal self, is vibrant activity occurring at the same time. here is some back”. You want to see this energy paddling back and forth all around the body with various cells talking to each other. Now this could be a skin cell talking to a bone cell. It may be a muscle talking to an organ. It can be a gland talking to maybe a white blood cell. Whatever it is, you just want to see that All right. That is your Spirituality Article information for this particular week. As we get into next week, we are going to have Pluto going retrograde. Pluto symbolizes death and rebirth, and your worst possible fear coming to the surface. It is a transition time for many beings. People, animals, some plants as well, are now choosing to go ahead and cross over or transition. Our regular Wednesday topic, Wednesday telecourses will be on that as well as several other topics through the month of April that are pertinent to current events. So you can look into those if you choose. In the meantime, I would say it is a very strong time to reinforce what you do want. So if you want inner peace, reinforce it, if that is what you want.
